Together with the Austrian Football Association (ÖFB) and the creative agency Demner, Merlicek & Bergmann / DMB, we at Saint Charles have developed a room fragrance that achieves the impossible: it makes football history tangible through scent.
The Scent of a Historic Moment
For the first time in 28 years, the Austrian national team has qualified for a World Cup again – a sporting milestone, but above all a moment of collective euphoria. This was the moment we wanted to preserve. Not as a memory, but as a sensory experience.
The idea: The “holy turf” on which the decisive matches were played was harvested and extracted. The pharmacists of our Saint Charles Apothecary combined this rare essence with pure, natural ingredients – creating “A gmahde Wiesn.” A room fragrance that smells like early mornings in the stadium, like team spirit, and the rise of a nation.

“A gmahde Wiesn” is released as a strictly limited edition – available exclusively at the Saint Charles Apothecary, in the Saint Charles Online Shop, and of course in the ÖFB Shop. For each fragrance sold by Saint Charles, €5 will be donated directly to the ÖFB charity to support youth programs in Austrian football.
